The terms and conditions of use of this web site relate to bookings made at the Glen Mhor Hotel, Inverness.
Please read this document carefully before making a booking.
Bookings
All offers of accommodation and other services featured on the Glen Mhor Hotel website are subject to availability and there is a limited allocation of rooms available to all offers. The right is reserved to decline bookings. You cannot combine any special offer, rate or promotion on this web site with any other special offer, rate or promotion offered by Glen Mhor Hotel. No two special offers can be combined on the same booking. A booking is only considered as confirmed when a valid reservation number has been issued. A booking can only be considered as guaranteed if the appropriate payment has been made to the hotel.
Prices
The prices featured are per room per night. These prices include accommodation in the room type as described, all meals as specified, service and VAT (at the current rate). Minimum length of stay restrictions may apply to certain rates, as specified.
Children's Prices
Up to two children under the age of 12 years stay FREE when sharing a room with two adults (offer subject to availability of suitable rooms), paying only for meals as taken. There are a limited number of suitable family rooms available in the hotel and children staying in their own room pay 50% of the full adult price.
Payment
Glen Mhor Hotel accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Electron, Solo and Switch Maestro. Website bookings will be charged to your card on the following basis:
Payment by Cheque
It is not possible to conclude a website booking using a cheque as a payment method. If you wish to pay by cheque or bank transfer you should make your booking by telephone or in writing.
Amendments
If you wish to make an amendment to your booking, you should immediately contact the Glen Mhor Hotel, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. An administration charge of £5.00 GBP will apply to each amended booking, up to a maximum of £10.00 GBP per booking. These charges apply to name changes and a change to party size and will be applied on each occasion you have cause to make an amendment. Any other changes (ie. change of date) will incur cancellation charges on the original booking regardless of any subsequent booking that takes place. Please note that amendments to the Advanced Purchase Rate will incur any price increase. No refunds will be made in the event of a lower price being available.
Cancellation/Non-Arrival Charges
If for any reason you find it necessary to cancel your booking then please contact the hotel on +44 (0) 1463 234308, In the event of cancellation or non-arrival your credit/debit card will be charged in accordance with the conditions as detailed below:
Arrival and Departure
Your bedroom will usually be available from 2pm on your specified day of arrival and will be guaranteed for your first night only. On your day of departure we would ask that you vacate your room and check out by 11am, otherwise you will be subject to a charge for an additional night's stay.
Animals/Pets
We are sorry but we cannot accept animals of any kind in the hotel, except for Guide Dogs.
Hotel Events
Please be aware that at certain times throughout the year this hotel may host weddings, events and parties, which you may feel would be an intrusion on your stay. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Insurance
We strongly advise you to take out insurance to cover the cost of cancellation and other risks, including personal accident and personal public liability.
Parking
The Glen Mhor Hotel has a car park which is usually FREE (while resident). Space is not guaranteed. Parking is at your own risk.
Smoking
Smoking in public areas is prohibited in Scotland and is not permitted in any part of the hotel. If you smoke in your room you will be charged a cleaning fee of £50 and may be liable to prosecution.
If you have a problem
In the unlikely event that you have a problem during your stay you must bring it to the attention of the hotel at the time, to ensure that we have an opportunity to rectify it. If you are not satisfied that the issue has been resolved, please submit the details in writing within 28 days of your return, to: Marketing Department, Glen Mhor Hotel, Ness Bank, Inverness, IV2 4SG.
