How long do I have to wait to receive my text message?

Your voucher message will be sent to you as soon as our system receives your text, you should receive the response within a few minutes. It’s worth pointing out that we are both in the hands of the mobile networks and sometimes messages can be delayed.

How do I know what keywords to use?
Standard keywords are published on cards distributed from the hotel itself. You can find a complete list of the keywords in use by referring to the pages on this website (link).

What does it cost?
Your message to us will be charged to you at your normal network rate, just as though you were texting a friend. This is not a premium rate service. Our response message to you is not charged to you in any way.

How do I use the voucher?
You must keep the voucher on your mobile phone, hotel staff will need to see the code it contains so they know to give you the correct offer. You will be asked to show the message in order to redeem the voucher. Once it has been used it can be deleted, or if it is still valid, you can use it again on your next visit!

How do I enter the keyword?
Text the full keyword and only the keyword. The system is configured to recognise only the keyword, it won’t respond to anything else. Be careful to spell the keyword correctly, just enter the letters, you don’t need to use any punctuation marks. The system is not case sensitive so you can type in capitals and lower case lettering.

How long do the vouchers last?
Each voucher has a validity period. This can be as little as one day, as much as three months. A voucher which is not valid cannot be used.
