We are actively recruiting for the following positions:

Head Chef – Full Time
Lead the kitchen with creativity, organisation and passion. You will deliver high standards of food quality, mentor the brigade and drive kitchen excellence.

Chef de Partie – Full Time
Take ownership of your section, manage service standards and contribute to culinary delivery in a busy, professional environment.

Food & Beverage Assistants – Full/Part Time
Deliver friendly, efficient service in our restaurant and bar. This role is perfect for team-oriented individuals with excellent customer skills.

Housekeepers – Full/Part Time
Maintain cleanliness standards across hotel rooms and public spaces with pride and professionalism.

Duty Manager – Full Time
Take responsibility for daily operations, lead the front-of-house team and ensure guest satisfaction through strong leadership and problem-solving.
