This villa comes with a sofa, a separate toilet, coffee and tea making equipment and a kitchen with a cooktop, a full-sized fridge and tea/coffee making equipment.

This accommodation is 150 metres from Bellfield Park. Such major Inverness sights including Inverness Cathedral are also located nearby. The restaurant Contrast Brasserie can be reached after a 5-minute walk. River House Villa provides rooms for staying in close to Ness Bank Church.

Terms & Conditions

Booking Information:

Minimum Nights: 3 nights

Responsible Person for Booking: Must be staying at the accommodation during the stay and be over 25 years old.

Usage and Behavior Guidelines:

Please use the premises solely for a holiday let.

Please be considerate of other guests and the public, and avoid any disruptive or nuisance behaviour.

Please don’t use the property for illegal or immoral reasons.

Keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am.

Stay within the agreed-upon number of occupants during your stay.

Please don’t remove any fixtures or fittings from the property.

We strictly enforce a “no parties” policy. Any disturbance or unreasonable behaviour may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

Security Deposit and Housekeeping:

A security deposit of £500.00 will be charged when booking. This deposit will be refunded within three days after checkout, subject to no damages or excessive cleaning required after the housekeeping check.

If damages to the property exceed the £500.00 deposit amount, additional charges will be taken from the credit card provided at the time of booking.

Guests are expected to leave the house clean and tidy, in the same condition as it was upon check-in.
